Our Christmas mincemeat combines moist currants, sultanas and raisins with apples and citrus peel to produce a rich fruity flavour. A pinch of cinnamon and a dash of both brandy and sherry round it off to produce a treat so extraordinary it makes you wonder why we only have it once a year. Your mince pies deserve this little extravagance.
Ingredients: sugar, vine fruits 20% (currants, sultanas, raisins), apples, candied mixed peel 10% (contains: orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel), vegetable suet 3% (contains: non-hydrogenated palm oil*, sunflower oil), brandy 3%, sherry 3%, spirit vinegar, wheat flour, mixed spices, acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, lemon oil.*Palm oil from ethical and sustainable (RSPO) sources.
